I wouldn't care, unless she made this revelation and promptly followed it with, "and I'm leaving you for her."

Why should it? In fact it's probably an advantage. Imagine the discussions you could have about how beautiful certain girls are etc.

FYI, folks, this is the same guy who thinks wearing name brand clothes instead of great dollar store finds is a form of self respect.

THEY WOULD GET NAKED AND PUT ON A FUNNY SHOW FOR ME AND THEN IT WOULD GET ALL HOT AND SWEATY AND I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE OFF MY CLOTHES WITH MY PANTS AROUND MY ANKLES TO WATCH AND THEN WHEN THEY CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE THAT'S WHEN I JUMP IN AND START GOING TO WORK AND PUT THE "BI" IN TO BISEXUALITY! IT WOULD BE A FUN TIME HAD BY ALL AND WE'D GO TO SLEEP I'D HAVE A BED OF HORNY CHICKS NAKED BOOBS TO SLEEP ON!

depends, you can take this a couple of ways.

it mostly depends on just how serious you are...do you want to marry her? if so, that could certainly get in the way. of course (im sure thisll offend some people but oh well) there are plenty of people that claim theyre bi and then just sort of grow out of it after experimenting a little bit. but if you think the relationship will eventually end because of this because you cant be committed to someone who cant be exclusively committed to you(assuming thats the case)...cut your losses (and hers) and end it.

otherwise, its time to get that ever-elusive 2nd girl in the sack.

just make sure that you two see eye to eye about cheating.
i'm bisexual, and i feel that any sexual contact with anyone other than my boyfriend is cheating... however, some of my friends (who are bi) seem to think that girl-girl sex isn't cheating.

I would be disapointed, if she was my gf for some time, and then suddenly have the urge to say it. But if I met a girl that I like I wouldnt mind really.

well, considering i mostly fall for gay or bisexual folks, i'd have to say that...i don't know.

i don't even mean to; it just always happens to end up that way.

people are people. some are cool. most aren't.

I would say could maybe. Not could certainly. Staying in a committed relationship really has little to do with sexual orientation, it's just that if something does go wrong, that'll probably be the excuse instead of something else.

I'd think so. But then again, my girlfriend is emphatically straight.

I don't think its ok for me to go and get with another guy either. But some bi-girls (not all) seem to think that its not cheating if they go for things with other girls. They're usually the ones who aren't worth your time.

Ya, i think it depends on the situation.
Like, if we had been going out for a long time and she knew she was Bi all along and just now decided to share it with me, i would feel a little betrayed.
However, if she just realised that she's Bi a few days ago then i dont think it would make much of a difference to me, unless she wanted to be with some girls as well as, or instead of me.

Bottom line: If she wants you and only you.....then nothing else matters.
If she wants others and it bothers you this much, then let her have them b/c then shes not worth the trouble shes putting you through.

if the girl was a gf who wasn't that special and I knew I wouldn't be with her for long, I would love that she was bi

if I was going to marry the girl or really liked her, I would not like it.

That's what I said. If you were straight there would be just as much or as little of a chance of you running off with another guy as there would be now of you running off with a girl.

I don't know really. I think I might be afraid of her actually desiring a woman, and marrying a guy to be "normal" in society. A bit insecure yes, but it would probably bug me

If you guys have an agreement that it's okay for her to have girly liaisons, then that's your business, and it's acceptable. If you guys decide to be exclusive, that's fine. Just cause there's double the number of people that she *could* find attractive doesn't mean there's double the number of people she could cheat on you with. There are a hell of a lot more straight guys she could run off with than gay or bi girls she has the chance with.

If you really love a person, the number of people that this person could potentially find attractive should not limit how secure you are in a relationship, and if it does, you don't deserve that person anyhow.
