i used to have the occasional rippling cramp but that would be like twice for the whole 5 or so days, before that though i'd have that kicked-in-the-back thing with light headedness and serious irritability. just awful awful moods and shit, but birth control and shit really helped and i'm good.

that heating pad thing should work though. that and doping yourself up on some tylenol/painkillers hardcore
