Billy loves to dress up, and this comeback tour is no exception. Personally, I dont like it, I'd prefer just to see some genuine musicians out there on stage playing their shit. I don't need all the fluff and wank, it gets in the way for me, and unnecessary distraction. The music should be allowed to speak for itself.

*edit*I meant this to be a poll, bugger :(

As long as the music is good, Corgan could be in a Nugent-style loin cloth and I wouldn't care that much.

I'd find that preferable to the shit he's wearing just now. As long as he kept his guitar in the right place and didnt start strumming his piccalo all over the audience.

They need jetpacks and glow in the dark helmets and Billy needs to sword fight with a group of werewolves and centaurs while they play.

Dont suggest such things, Billy's getting bungee chords and pulley systems organised as we speak...

Very true. Also it's impossible for Jimmy to look right dressed up, he's got the looks of a farmer who drives a tractor.

Ginger's dress is easy access anyway, she just has to pull her knickers to the side and you're in.

Isn't your avatar Noddy Holder from GLAM ROCK band Slade?

I must be mistaken...if it's not him, who is it? He looks familiar...

Oh, THAT guy...I remember I saw him on TV the other day and I thought it was Noddy Holder from GLAM ROCK band Slade...but he's some horse racing commentator with big sideburns...

And yes, I like the glam. It's fun and adds to the spectacle of the whole thing. I think of it in the same way as album art - it's not necessary to enjoy the music but it's an added dimension.

I think BC thinks its cool to dress up in a costume...remember that bit with the frogs on vid ...was it vieuphoria? They were in green costumes with capes... and they have dressed up all the time....the zero costume ....the weird gaultier things...the eye costume...there should be a thread maybe of pictures of all the costumes.

Personally I like plain old clothes. The SD colared shirts were great and maybe the Zwan shirts with the diamonds were nice. I don't like the costumes much though imho

joking aside I love costumes and stuff on stage. But, this is coming from a big Alice Cooper fan so, you know, if that means much D:

I love the new outfits without the capes. Hated the machina dresses especially in SIYL video..... oh that video is frustrating.

Overall I think Corgan's sense of style is pretty good. Out of all the eras of different styles I only dislike Machina so I can't complain.

Look at the outfits in Led Zeppelin's Song Remains The Same movie... those were fucking awful too but it didn't matter cause the music is so good.

My favorite era of style for Corgan was the TFE tour. His clothes were great. Not too showy but really fit the music.
