7 is a great number. too bad they couldnt have kept the original zeitgeist release date so it had been on my birthday.

im amazed at the strength of gish's midsection - most artists tend to put the filler in the middle, but i often find myself starting with bury me and listening to the end... the first three seem too generic compared to the middle songs.

I heard it at the metro in august of 93 (only time i have heard this song live in person)....and i know they played it a few other times in 94 before lollapalooza.

Snail and Crush are my Gish favs. I never considered it underrated. If I'm not mistaken, wasn't it the song that was voted by the fans to be played at the Storytellers?

Is Adore really intrinsically depressing for others? I can never quite decide if Adore makes me so cranky because of its basic nature, or because I associate it with an ex-paramour. It's probably some combination of the two. Either way, I can barely make it three songs in without :cry:

I love to listen to this song in the morning it gets me going. I wish they would play it live again but that's not likely since Billy hasn't played anything off of Gish yet.

Some people are saying Billy has agreed with James not to play anything from Gish.
