I just moved, and this is the first time I've never had a roommate at all. It's weird.

I live by myself, but I'm moving in 2 weeks to attempt living with a roommate. The allure of saving $300 a month is overwhelming and helps in my travel plans.

It's great being pantsless in the livingroom. I'm going to miss it.

Honestly, I don't think I could ever live by myself.... mainly because I'm afraid of being home by myself at night.

i lived by myself in the dorms, and for 2 months when i was finding a new roommate in my apartment.
it's great playing music in the shower whenever you wake up and not worrying if it's waking someone else up, and everything stays right where you left it!
putting up the effort to cook a good meal instead of spending money on take out, however, is one downside along with paying all the bills by yourself. if you have enough friends, and you like just going out and hanging at their place for a little while or doing stuff out of the house, its' pretty easy to live by yourself.

i live by myself and i love it. ive lived w/ other people before.

I live by myself. I LOVE it. I've had too many awful roommates in the past, and while my last two were pretty awesome, it was just time to get my own place.

It's just wonderful. I feel like I can get things done, and I never have to worry about disturbing anyone when I come home late or get irritated with other people's drama, etc.

And I like watching Singles a lot. However lame it is, I can totally identify with Linda.

I prefer living with roommates if they are considerate. It is nice to have built in people to hang out with as I'm often too lazy to go out.

i dont know how i feel about this. i hate being bothered most of the time but when i get sick of being alone i just wanna hang with someone. that's not very fair.

I've been thinking about this the last few days, i'll be leaving uni soon, the next step could realisitically see me living alone. I like my privacy, but to much solitude is not conducive to good moods for me. I suppose i would make more effort to be sociable though, so there's always that.

i have lived by myself a few times, and i really don't like it.

i am yet to have my own room in a situation like that, though

i wish my mom would start working again so i could have the house to myself in the daytime

I've lived by myself for the last 18 months or so. It is kind of strange; I didn't really like it at first, but then I REALLY enjoyed it and now I don't really want a roommate.

I will have a brief interlude for the next several weeks while my fiancee temporarily moves in, but after that it's another year by myself before I gotta get hitched.

i'm desperately trying to find a place so i can live by myself. SICK of roommates. miss having my own place. :(

i haven't had another person enter my room here since i moved in around september last year, no point really, people are mean. now however, i can disguise as one of them, but the anger is just below the surface all the time.

it's an extremely difficult adjustment, and i'm having problems remembering that if i don't clean up after myself no one else is going to do it. dishes need to be done REAL bad.
