one thing i wonderis what will the style be for this tour? gish was hippie, SD was hipster, MCIS was very unique SP/Zero, adore was classy and Machina, like everything to do with machina, was bullshit. the hood might be ok but it reeks of appealing to the mall punk market. i'd like to see a suit, a la adore tour.

I thought they looked really sharp during the adore tour. Because they are mature now it would be cool to see them dress in taylored suits while rocking out...that's pretty hot.

the mcis style was really cool for its time and esp at my age back then but its def not something i want to see SP do now. Trying to be a young rock star type thing wouldn't be cool...

please no leather dresses...

Juding by the riffing in the last half of the Tarantula clip, plus Billy's guesting on the Scorpions album, and getting Roy Thomas Baker to produce some songs I think this will be SP's most "hard rock" album, and so us lucky fans will get to see the wonders of a shirtless Billy.

Fuck I hope not.

its true that Billy and co. change their styles with each new era.
Billy is not going to wear his street clothes. we should know that...or maybe is he? with his cubs hat and mr rogers sweaters? hmm that might be cool too.

as long as billy and co. don't wear leather dresses, victorian blouses, or copy saturated teen looks - (emo, punk, ghetto fab..) then i think it will be all cool.

I think it would be badass if he wore his Mr. Rogers sweaters.

I really loved TheFutureEmbrace Tour and the stage setup, I think one of the reasons for the residency shows will be the stage setup, and having it be easier to set it up in one venue for 8-9 shows than to move it from city to city...
hopefully it will be something like that....

although i wouldn't mind billy taking a page out of U2's book with some huge video screens a walkway through the crowd, or maybe the lights going down, feedback slolwy cutting through the silence billy entering the arena by rising up through a hole in the stage as feed back roars and they break right into Zero...

TFE was definitly a cool look

it seems like all you REALLY need for a wicked presentation is a big pocket book. therefore, theres no excuse for a poor album package either. they can afford a good designer for sure, hopefully no linda strawberry

I would prefer either Gish style, or Machina dresses. Fuck the naysayers.

HAHA thats funny! and some smoke off the stage and billy singing stand inside your love on a swing.

the light back drop for the TFE was really cool. it was small scale and cool..i would want to see something like that than any thing huge and cheesy.
I am not sure about TFE get up tho..it was alright. Better than zwan. Seeing what he wore in Zwan is too weird for me.

Didn't they hire some goth fashion designer who's shit looks like matrix costumes to do the merch for this tour. Probably costumes for the Machines of God reunion aswell.

Billy should invest in some Propecia/Rogain/Wigs and return to the Gish style. It would be very cool.

God, I hope the hoodie outfit isn't a sign of the band going for the whole "chauv" look. Billy as an anglo wigger would just be embarrassing! (I don't really think Billy is intentionally going for that look...but, yeah, for some reason it is what came to mind...:) )
