well i know he asked to be taped, but if she took the tape someone she gave it to put it online which still makes her responsible

from what i can tell he didnt ask to be taped
she did and showed it to him
he released it

i mean i think he decided to release it as a way of placating her and the rest of the family and not because he really wanted people to "learn from it"

i dunno, it seemed like there was at least one other person in the room. or someone could have found out that the video existed and then swiped her camera or something
