Well, you did say that you felt you had to burp about a half hour before you actually did- mid-sentence even. So I imagine there was some build-up.

Are you guys serious? Belching, burping, farting etc. are disgusting and acceptable under no circumstances. It really grosses me out whenever someone does it in front of me be it a guy or girl.

I figured a bump was appropriate: To bump my order of food into the amount they would deliver, I ordered a diet soda. I was going to give it to the tech but I drank it (even though I rarely drink soda) and have been a burp machine for the last couple hours. I can't even really feel them coming so I can pretend to cough or something to cover them up. I just belched on the phone while talking with a patient. It was ... not good. It wasn't even a tiny one, it sounded like I was growling :erm:

im gonna check a couple out today since im off. i live in uptown but haven't really had time to enjoy it.

you shouldn't drink diet soda. i drink soda so infrequently it might as well be regular. diet soda causes burps and aspartame causes huge health problems

i thought that was a misconception.

It seem to be worse if it comes from a bottle or can, generally it's not that bad when it's from a fountain though. When I say bad I mean gas not taste. Sometimes I feel like I can't even swallow more soda because it seems thicker somehow. Ugh.

Well, I mean Cheapo obviously has the selection, but I'd rather spend my money at Roadrunner.

ok well thats next on the list. im just a few blocks away from cheapo so that was convenient.

Roadrunner has an awesome used selection though. I think theirs is better than either Cheapo, though I could spend more money than I need to in any of them. God knows I'll find something to buy.

I do not recall doing it on the phone with you though I have a very vague recollection of our conversation.

I generally do not just belch and stuff on the phone to everyone but, I don't know, if I am comfortable enough with somebody and it comes out then whatever. It's not like I belch the alphabet or something but I am always drinking water so I suppose it is always possible. Girls fart and burp and poop! Better out than in, as my dad likes to say.
