Well they are awesome! Their final show from 1st May 1994 at Mississippi Nights in St. Louis is on the internet if there are any takers. It's soundboard btw.

i enjoyed hearing some of these songs for the first time when i attended a Jeff Tweedy show recently. does that cut it?

i don't have my notes with me. he played guitar (acoustic) and sang (English & Latin). it was rather good, i thought.

Really? you took notes? That's very committed of you if you did i'm usually so pissed at gigs that I don't know what's happening. I'm guessing Jeff played acuff rose as he seems to a lot.

no, i was being facetious. i certainly had the wherewithal and presence of mind but chose not to take notes. there's more than enough notes all over the Internet about everything imaginable anyway, i figure. and yes, he did play Acuff-Rose. a rollicking good tune, that.

I thought you were being sarcastic but then I thought maybe some people did take notes at gigs and that maybe you were one of them, no offence.
