sounds pretty different from the recent smog records. lots of reverb and more fast paced.

<font color=33FFFF> I saw him play some of the songs (Sycamore, Diamond Dancer) solo a few nights ago and they were great, not sure I'm as into what they sound like on the record, but yeah it's different. Would have been pointless to do the name change and then have another smog disc</font>

after a couple listens, i'm not sure how much i like this record. they're good songs, but i don't like the production very much.
