unfortunately i saw that, since i didn't change the channel after watching neil finn on conan.
i had to watch the whole (cut) performance of bohemian rhapsody to finid out who this awful band was.

if you're going to cover a song, especially one as "legendary" as that,
a) don't butcher it
b) don't cut half of it out

i have heard so much bad music today.
i don't know what's up with today.

Blasphemy!

I love their cover version, and Jimmy looked great in eyeshadow.

I have their first album which is pretty good but I don't think I will get it after hearing that. I don't care if it's on there or not - I think at that very moment I lost interest in their second album altogether.

Don't you see that the rest of Bohemian Rhapsody might have possessed a hint of upbeat optimism? That's something to avoid.

I'm shocked at all the Ours-hating up in heeya.

I'd donate a kidney to see them in concert.

I saw them last year opening for somebody, can't remember who exactly; all a blur. Anyway, they are actually pretty good live.

Okay, look, I'm a huge Ours fan, but Bohemian Rhapsody (or their ridiculous amputated version thereof) is their weakest bit of material. Jimmy likes it. Go figure. One quirkily and mercifully short number doesn't (for me, at least) detract from the rest of their amazing material. Besides, everyone looks bad on Carson Daly's show. Something about him just brings out the suck factor in everyone he meets.
