I don't know if anyone here has a clue, I have a new computer at work that has ie7 on it and we use telnet links from our database to check customer's connections. When I click the telnet link off the site, ie7 opens a new window and says it doesn't know what telnet is and I don't have the proper program to use the content on the page.

We usually just use the cmd prompt for telnet (I hate putty) and I know I could just open a cmd prompt and type telnet etc, but it won't let me copy what comes up and that's what I need to do.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'd be most greatful.

Firefox doesn't show my font color on here and I find that annoying.

I found the registry hack and it worked. All's good. This thread can be deleted. :)

Jesus Christ, don't remind me - those things stole a good portion of my teenage years.

I used to stay home from school if there was a double-exp event going on :(
