Despite the fact that he took far more effort concerning his rep., merely mentioning it, to other Netphorians, means that you care more about it. Caring about it at all means you'll get negative rep. as a response.

I do not know why these two things happen.

I don't really give two shits about rep anymore, its more than meaningless here, but it is nice to get feedback sometimes on posts. I was just amazed at how much time and effort certain people put into clicking little boxes on websites to get at people...

To answer this, again, no I didnt. Ive had it registered for years, I use it to browse from work/school. But, I do use it to rep. Mystery solved...again.
