East coast. I've lived in different parts of the country and found people to be the same. No problem with nudity.

The deep south and middle America mean religious hot spots. I don't count religious fanatics. Many of these people are taught to believe nudity and sex is bad. They might not believe it if they weren't raised that way. People in other countries that are super religious are the same way. Religion is not an American thing.
