I was thinking of posting a picture of a smoking gun, but I couldn't find one quickly enough which sort of defeated the whole purpose. Oh well.

I think Dead Man would be my favorite, as well.

Edward Scissorhands definitely. Followed closely by Benny and Joon. He's good at making me cry.

Ed Wood is the only Johnny Depp movie that I would consider a flawless masterpiece

Edward Scissorhands and Dead Man are the only other movies he's in that I even like, I think. He's done such terrible shit.

oh Benny and Joon is OK even though its an entire movie based around making people nostalgic for old movie characters by having a guy mimic their manerisms

didn't enjoy the rest of this film but the scene where the hospital orderly yells "my hands are tied, MY HANDS ARE TIED!" is one of the funniest things i've ever seen

Ed Wood

i was typing up a long thing about that movie before the server went to shit for like an hour.

it was pretty much talking about how well he embraced that character. hes so different in every movie but he does a great job adapting.

i saw blow again earlier, and ray liotta did such a great job in his limited role. the best scene may have been the tape for him at the end.

oh and a movie no one has mentioned that didnt get much attention was the libertine. if you're fond of european history, you may enjoy that movie. i thought it was cool. sleepy hallow was also a solid movie which im sure people have seen but forgot to mention.

1. fear and loathing
2. ed wood
3. dead man
4. chocolate factory (his performance, not the movie as a whole)
5. finding neverland
6. jack sparrow
7. scissorhands
8. elm street (honorable mention for volcano of blood)

haven't seen gilbert and benny and joon in forever, but I remember them being pretty great

everyting else (blow, mexico, etc): meh

benny and joon is pretty underrated, i know its pretty mushy but johnny did a great job learning to act like buster keaton. some of that shit looks really difficult.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, he nailed Hunter.

Yeah, same.

It's probably not one of my favourite Johnny Depp movies, but I think I'm one of the few people who genuinely enjoyed From Hell. I know he had a cheesy accent in it, but at least Holm was fucking great.

maybe i'm just too old for that sort of movie but it just seemed kind of lifeless

angelina jolie is hot though!

she's kinda gross though

she was OK looking on the show, but at one point she was pretty amazing looking...

i was watching it mainly because i wanted to see how one progresses into a lifestyle based on inhaling genitalia into every orifice
