i think.

i had £350 cash in my cupboard. £100 went 'missing'. initially i thought i'd lost it, but it was all folded together. it went from my money clip to my cupboard. i'd have lost it all. not just some...

now my gf tells me £5 in change she left on our bed is 'missing'.

how do i approach ppl i live with about this...?!?!

fucks sake, that's nuts

either invest in a motion sensor alarm or surveillance equipment, or, best, leave out some money in a prone place with a mark you've put on it, like £5 with a highlighter mark in one corner. Take a photo of yourself making the mark and then the note with the mark.

Leave it lying out and then later ask if anyone has change of a tenner, say you need a fiver plus whatever...?

or just leave £300 lying out in notes, 'go to work' then climb back in a window and hide in a cupboard, when they take it spraypaint 'thief' on them

or, "fucking lying cheating sonnofabitch, who steals my money knowing full well that i've just dropped an unnecessary £900 on an airline ticket, and'm skint as fuck!"

ChristHimself!

it's definately her. my gf (who's on a couple of weeks holiday) left 'a trap' on our door so she could see if it'd been opened while she was at gym. she just sent me a txt -- it has! *grrr*

of my three house mates: one's in singapore on business. the other two work nights and are sleeping. it must be this chick!!!!

TIMb

she's from a wealthy family. she must be one of those kleptomaniacs that steal for 'sport'. except it's cost us nearly £110 so far. and our privacy. biatch.

Haha. My ex and all her stupid rich friends went to the UK to try pretend to be adults. It was rather amusing. I can totally picturing on of those stupid bitches stealing.

it sucks. you try make a home. you allow someone to stay with you... cus she just got here &'s trying to find her feet (we've all been there). we help her. befriend her. and she fucks us up our bums.

A part of me keeps picturing my ex's friend as the guilty party.
Im' assigning my negativity to her, cause I dont like her much.

Now she will be the criminal.

That bitch!

my gf's gonna talk to her friend when he wakes up. pretty tough situation, really.

but she was in our room yesterday when some money went missing off our bed. we let her use my pc & printer! and she's the only one awake in the house at the moment.

i dunno about my £100. i hope i get that back. i could really do with it.

TIMb
07-26-2006, 05:40 AM
...except after telling me how broke she was gonna be after paying her rent & deposit (she's just found a house of her own), she went shopping. so, i guess that's were my £100 went :(

my gf seems to want to just let it pass. and just keep our shit hidden til this chick moves out in a few days...

TIMb
07-26-2006, 09:16 AM
i think i'm gonna have words with her friend. it's a bit tricky, cus we're all mates. and she's been welcomed in and befriended too.

barden
07-26-2006, 09:17 AM
Hmm...
I'd say something.

At least to the friend who brought her in.

Dont want to make direct accusations till you have proof!

TIMb
07-26-2006, 09:21 AM
...proof!

that's the problem. we don;t really have any. just some pretty reasonable conclusions to have jumped to...

barden
07-26-2006, 09:26 AM
Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. It’s nothing definite.
But pretty damn suspicious!

she's a bit of a headcase. very sycophantic. i wouldn't be suprised if she was klepto.
