You know, I got the BBC performance by Zwan from 2/14/03 (I don't know if there were any other ones) just recently and damn do Riverview and Spilled Milk sound good. It makes me soooooo mad. To think these songs didn't make the album. Or at least Spilled Milk, I don't know if Riverview was around when they were recording the album. But damn those are two awsome songs. To think that he left them off, as well as other gems like For Your Love, Love Lies In Ruin, and A New Poetry. Instead we got a bunch of happy clippy crap. Billy needs to do SP2 right. He needs to make the right decisions and put the right songs out.

Then maybe people will be fans of his because he's making good music, instead of being fans of his because they know he's capable of making good music.

I've listened to that recording more than the album itself.
That and the french acoustic show, absolutely awesome.

Slightly digressing, does anybody know if/where the Zwan performance on Jools Holland (BBC TV) in the UK is available for download?

spilled milk is a good riff...

yep, and in at least one case they played the (almost) exact same riff as SP did playing porcelina at the UC.
