Hello. I was really bored and trying not to think about some things tonight, so i went online to Google Groups and threw in some random words to have a look at some AMSP history.
At some point i got to reading a thread about the possible b-sides to the upcoming Perfect single (the thread is from July 9th-12th 1998) and somebody posted a fake tracklisting for it:
"Yeah,LMGTWTY will be on the pefect single released on September22.the tracks
are.
1.Perfect
2.Need
3.Let me Give the World to you
4.Crash Car Star
5.Yardbird(instrumental)
.I got this info from
S Youth9."
...but as far as i know, Cash Car Star was never even heard of until it's debut on October 31st of that year...
And i had also heard that the name 'Crash Car Star' was a mistake when the song was broadcast, that someone had misheard or something. I never saw the broadcast, so forgive me if i'm confused here, i never really looked into it. It's just what i was told.
It's nothing amazing, i'm just curious. I never really liked Cash Car Star back when it was first played, so if this is something really obvious i might've missed it.
