I agree. I'm almost of the mind right now that no matter what the lineup ends up being, the "new" SP will probably put on a much better live show than the 2000 version did (most 2000 shows were decent to good, but rarely consistently great IMO). That's probably just excessive optimism though.

he told me and everyone else Christmas 2005. Perhaps Jimmy isn't as knowledgable as we hoped.

He also told me "We're workin' on puttin' together a Smashing Pumpkins box-set.". The next month we got....iTunes stuff. Virtually no work involved. But I do guess it's possible that Billy is kyboshing every damn thing in sight. Like he did with over 150 Zwan songs, The Church Sessions, the solo Metro DVD and every damn thing other than TFE. :dammit:
