I actually didn't realise it was different to the original, I just knew parts of the song were in there at one point.

I forgot to mention Mad World from Donnie Darko too, so kudos to whoever did earlier

The Wall - Hey You

I don't think "hey you" was originally in the film. I went and made a search at amazon and found this:

The
final piece of supplemental material is when you click a button titled
"Oddities". These pieces of supplemental material *******
the trailer, photographs from the movie set, paintings from the film,
a music video of "Another Brick in the Wall-Part 2", and a
sequence of the song "Hey You" that was not in the final cut
of The Wall.

I don't own The Wall movie, but I remembered it from watching it when my boss lent it to me. So "hey you" wouldn't count. Still, maybe it is and I just don't remember. Its been a few years.

I don't think "hey you" was originally in the film.

It's not. Which is a shame. The particular scene isn't all that interesting and I can understand why it was cut, but it's such a good song.

It is a great song. The video didn't make sense to me so I understand why it was cut.
