Well, we can't blame Mexico for not trying to do something to encourage their people to stay home instead of immigrating to the US.

How the hell can a supposedly reputable news organisation like CNN have a heading that differs from the actual article. Since when did decriminalisation = legalisation?

it's the US that is forcing them to do this. we create so much crime for them. also there's no reason to turn an addict into a criminal so it'll free up their legal system

we... create... crime... for them? it is the fault of someone other than... the criminal?

Oh! I get it. Wait, no. No, I don't. What the fuck are you talking about? I get the part about not turning an addict into a criminal, except wait - society is just more dangerous in general, addicts commit a lot of crime.

But you're right. It's all those crazy Americans and crooked American cops that are fucking up Tijuana. Gosh, I wish we would stay outta there because look what they're doing for the U.S! Yeah, I've been through L.A. and those ese's are really nice guys, man.

Wait a fucking minute... Mexican legal system?

Because this will probably create more problems in the southern USA than in Mexico. So lol.
