View Full Version : So with the recent "art porn" movement in film & the success of Brokeback Mountain...
The Pashing Smumpkin 01-06-2006, 11:36 PM ... How long do you think we will have to wait for the first "straight actors doing real gay blowjob and ram-up-the-ass-sex in the name of art?":erm
Its just a matter of time before these "artistic" moviemakers do the unthinkable and make baby Jesus cry...!:D

i'm sure some french dickhead watched fat girl and irreversible and base moi and has the idea in development though
Tchocky 01-06-2006, 11:40 PM I'm not looking forward to watching Hillbilly Mountain, but I'm going to anyway when it comes out in my town just so I can rip on it in an educated manner.

More info please... (im pretty up to date with movie shit and I've never heard of a movie thats done real gay sex with straight actors yet...)
And Im not talking about porn either - well, it depends which way you look at the subject I guess...
no yeah, like i said i read it wrong. i thought you just meant any real penetration in a non-porn film
i was going to go on about that kerry fox movie and 9 songs and a couple others until i realized my idiocy
neopryn 01-06-2006, 11:45 PM 9 songs was pretty disappointing. i liked the music more than the sex. and i was pretty horny too.
they made a movie about brokeback mountain?

That had one of the most unenthusiastic cum scenes ever done by a guy... He barely even flinched! He could have at least looked like he was enjoying the handjob.

ha! They should get Colin Farrell to do it if they do - if we're to believe the shit that's said about him, he'd fuck water if that was his only outlet!
MusicMan4 01-06-2006, 11:52 PM imagine if oliver stone hadn't held back with alexander
oh man

Ugh...this would make a horrid movie even worse.
Seriously, the audience was LAUGHING through most of this pice of trash when I saw it.

real gay sex? With actual penetration shots? For some reason, movies like 'Romance, 9 songs, bais moi, etc' feel the need to do this to show us that yes - these people are actually having sex...
I think it will eventually come to real gay sex and whoever the lucky men are, they will spend the rest of their lives justifying themselves - much like the way Chloe Sevigny is!
The version i saw was pretty revealing. Don't know about the uncut version.
Spoiler:
Most of the gay sex, which occurs in a movie within the movie, is just a straight man's interpretation of what it means to be gay. Unfortunately he gets it in the behind from the director. lol.

But at least Oliver Stone would have been applauded (not critized as he has been) for making the gay element a REALLY prominent part of the story, like it should have been. (And I think the gay community would have wept with joy at seeing Colin Farrell giving Jared Leto a good jolly rogering...! :D ) To me, one of the reasons why that movie sucked was because his relationship with Jared Letos character was the most important thing in his life but we barely got a story out of it - only some rancid dialogue that would make even George Lucas roll his eyes...:erm
No penetration shots. Sorry.

Now that you've brought that to my attention, I'm wondering what Lindsay Lohan (who is supposedly dating Jared Leto) would think if she had to watch those two in a full-on fag-out.
:erm Suddenly, Fez doesn't seem so bad.
MusicMan4 01-07-2006, 12:10 AM is bad education good
i keep forgetting it exists and talk to her and all about my mother are two of my favorites
nobody really ever talked about this one. must have been too controversial!
I think it's his best movie. It's pedro almodovar's attempt at film noir.
It didnt get any press because of its nc17 rating.

Do you think the movie would have been better had they shown penetration shots? Im asking this seriously because I dont really get why the movies I mentioned above really need them. To me, it doesn't add any missing element to the sex except for the very distracting realisation that "Gee wouldyalookaththat?!?! that penis is going right into that woman!!!" I find that if anything, it distracts the viewer because good sex scenes in film rely on the actors ability to make us believe that the sex is real. The sex shown in 9 songs for instance isn't 'hot' to me. they just look uncomfortable and their facial expressions dont show lust just remorse at the realisation that they've thrown their acting careers down the toilet...
Yeah i know it sounds gay but thats what I think...:p
MusicMan4 01-07-2006, 12:16 AM i thought the sex in 9 songs was supposed to be deliberately unsexy

well now that you mention it, it does make a lot more sense...:o

I think it's the filmmaker's way of reminding the audience or viewers of their voyeristic inclination. Afterall that's what we turn into everytime we go into the theatre, right? Is it necessary? No, i dont think so.

uh - you location is "Brokeback Mountain".
That says that (at the very least) you have a fond appreciation for musical theatre.
Maybe... but not if it's all ages. I feel dirty drinking in front of the kids.

I had to do some work on brokeback mountain a couple years ago. Those were the happiest days of my life.
