I figured I would treat myself to a magazine subscription.. is this a good choice?

The place where I work gets the magazine.

Although I think it is a little too left-wing, they do have some interesting concepts and ideas.

If you are a radical left wing kind of person you'll love it, even if you aren't you'll probably still like it for its visual appeal and ideas.

yeah. what andrew said. the visuals are nice....and um..it's pretty cheap..at least compared to others...so go for it.

I've looked at that magazine in stores a few times, and I can never get into it even though I theoretically agree with them on a lot of stuff. I dunno.

I just bought the most recent one. I think it's pretty interesting - most of the writing in it seems to be done by people who submit things through email, etc. It is quite left wing, but even if you don't swing that far, it's still a very good read. I kind of like the whole anti-ad thing, too. I'd much rather see artwork and photographs than stupid clothing and makeup adverts. It makes you realise how much shit you're exposed to every day through advertising.

I might get a subscription, too.
