my dog and my cat have both left the tree alone. the dog fucks with absolutely everything else that she can reach. but not the tree.

the picture was actually just an excuse to show off my beautiful cat. as you can see i wasn't very concerned with the tree.

My cats leave our tree alone.

Except for Sapphie. She drinks the water out of the little water dish you put it in.

It probably tastes pine-tastic.

we've never had a tree out where the animals can get to it because i'm paranoid - i'm a little less paranoid now though!

Oh yeah.

Christmas trees in New Zealand suck ass.

It's always this type only.

Pinus radiata D.Don

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Division Spermatophyta
Subdivision Gymnospermae
Class Pinopsida
Order Pinales
Family Pinaceae

Common names: Radiata pine, Monterey pine

Uh, Pixel keeps trying to drink the water - that's why we put the stuff over the bowl (so she can't get her head in there).

She now is apparently going to try and attack the bottom levels - we are spraying her each time she gets close with a water bottle.

Next: Taser.

You could always cut down a Pohutukawa or knock the top off of a Norfolk pine.

<font color="dab9ea">Pixel is so cute and your tree is really pretty.

We're not having a Christmas tree this year and it kind of pisses me off. Even when I was living in an apartment I had my own christmas tree. I'm halfway tempted to go get mine out of storage (it's a 4ft. pre lit tree) and just set it up in my room, but there's seriously no place for it :(</font>

I'd do it anyway. What's xmas with a tree?
