This is going to take me 5 years.

WHILE CHANGING THE WELDING MACHINE ELECTROD, HE TOOK THE MACHINE CABLE AND IT FELL OVER A METAL PLATE. WHEN TAKING BACK THE CABLE, HE GOT BURNS ON THE RIGHT HAND AND FINGERS.
EE WAS INSPECTING A REPAIR JOB ON THE SPRAY TOWER'S SCREW CONVEYOR. AFTER A WHILE HE STUCK HIS HEAD INTO A MANHOLE IN THE SPRAY TOWER TO SEE THESCREW CONVEYOR OPERATION WHEN HOT DUST FELL ON H IS HEAD CAUSING HIM BURNS.
