i feel asleep when i saw them at the fillmore when deloused came out, i wasn't down for each song being 30 min long.

I would be interested to see them live.. I find it difficult to sit and listen to an album of theirs the whole way through.. its kinda ..too intense if that makes sense? Seems like the sort of music you would listen to jumping out of a plane or doing some other XXXTREME sport

I know what you mean. Frances the Mute is still too nuts for me to listen to. I just can't get into that frantic shit. De-loused took me a few goes as well. They should be awesome live at the BDO next January though according to a mate of mine whose seen them before.

they're amazing amazing AMAZING live, much better than the album.....if Cedric's voice is in good shape, you are in for a treat!

i think that, the only way to really understand the energy behind their music, is to see them live.

Seeing them all working together + John Theodores drumming = terrific

It took me awhile to come around on them, given that they are possibly the most ridiculous band on the planet and FTM and Scabdates contain way too much dicking around (you know, 1 song, four minutes of noise, four minute jam, four minutes of noise, another song...etc), but I think the good outwieghs the bad.
