It's Angel From The Coast from the album Jailbreak. (This isn't completely a non-sequitar.) patrick 11-11-2005, 01:01 PM yeah pale blue eyes 11-11-2005, 01:45 PM I wholeheartedly agree on both counts. Idiot Wind was one of those songs that my dad made my siblings and I sit down and listen to all the way through, with printed copies of the lyrics in front of us. He also bought us all copies of that album for our birthdays when we were "old enough to appreciate it." Needless to say, he's a hardcore Dylan fan. patrick 11-11-2005, 02:02 PM Originally posted by pale blue eyes I wholeheartedly agree on both counts. Discuss. well, and i didn't even have to try and convince you :D my favourite dylan album is blood on the tracks, and i think there's so much...pain, i guess, in those songs, so much beauty. idiot wind is indeed one of the best. also, i don't know if i ever posted this, when beck's sea change came out a few years ago, they compared it with blood on the tracks (they = critics) and i think it's quite an interesting parallel. spring 11-13-2005, 07:53 AM Originally posted by marrs-guitar killer song, everything on blood on the tracks is sublime, probably the most perfectly complete dylan album so true Mr.Deadite 11-13-2005, 07:42 PM The song Visions of Johanna is what got me listening to Dylan.
