trust me it was not buddy-buddy. I make one little comment about a song and get charged with expounding (as you put it), so i really don't care for you either.

and why is saying "sweet jane" is one of the best songs in history so stupid?

shaadow you haven't been here long enough to know the routine, but it usually goes as follows:

a new-ish netphorian will decide to make his mark and begin posting on the music forum. generally he'll post quite a bit in a short amount of time, making it clear that he's ready to shoot the shit about whatever topic comes his way, and that he's a knowledgeable and valuable resource to this board. about half of the time he's a transplant from the SP board and the other half he's a dumb indie rock scenester like you. anyway, i generally call him out for being a dumb indie rock scenester (like you) and then he declares battle in a valient attempt to show that he's more cultured, knowledgable, well-versed, witty, less arrogant, WHATEVER than me. it's by this point he has solidified his place as another faceless, uninteresting netphorian and he'll either keep posting whilst maintaining a grudge towards me (like you) or disappear alltogether

go suck a dick

the only thing you got right.

no valiance, no grudges, you're a waste of time. I don't need netphoria to feel self-worth.

i'm going to say that i think the future of music will lie with .....

computers.

computers are great, they can do almost everything, and i'm sure that the music industry is headed towards incorporating computers into how music is recorded...played...even distributed.

mark my words, computers are the future

^only partly there

robots will make all our music for us

this is silly. why should an industry destroy itself. in fact, computers would already be able to write simple songs. there's no point in that.
