Well, no. A funny pic though on NIN's site. Jerome was replaced however, due to some heart problems.
talk show host 10-08-2005, 05:36 AM The guy who's replaced Jerome is Alex Carapetis. He's an Australian who's worked with a few people, none of whom matter much. The funniest name was Delta Goodrem :erm I wonder how he landed the job with NIN.

i was under the impression that Josh Freese of APC/The Vandals/Devo fame was taking his place. he's pretty damn good.

It took me minute to pick Trent out in that picture, I've never seen his hair that short.

he was just the temporary temporary drummer. this other guy is the permanent temporary drummer.

They were in Chicago this past weekend. Wish I'd been able to go, but unfortunately I had something else I had to do. :( Anyway, someone in the SP forum posted a link to a fan board with some nice reviews of the Allstate Arena concert:

Overall people seemed pretty excited about the show and thought Alex was doing a good job, especially given that he didn't have much time to prepare...

I dunno, he doesn't look angsty and or dark and mysterious. He looks like some dot come millionaire. Not saying he is dissimilar from one.

Krazee's Ghost 10-13-2005, 12:44 PM Trent's look has definitely changed, and I have to admit I did have a huge crush on him in the goth long hair skinny in black days...but I think his attitude has been the sexiest thing about him...and seeing them in concert made me realize that. He's all buff and scary now (scary in that meatheadish way), but his attitude and lyrics still shine through, making the NIN concert a definitely hot show. Goth long hair or not.
