the new metric album? I have it... I don't know when I'll be on soulseek though... my name is Contristo

some good new Weller songs off the new album: Blink And You'll Miss It, Come On/Let's Go, From The Floorboards Up, Here's The Good News.. they are all at least enjoyable at points and it sounds nothing like The Jam actually.

Lately there have been a few things:

The Microphones/Mt Eerie
Godspeed You Black Emperor
Bob Dylan

Plus some other stuff which has been kinda steady:

Interpol
NIN
Sonic Youth
Radiohead

I guess this looks pretty ridiculous compared to the uber-leetness of ryan patrick though

I picked up Godspeed You Black Emperor - "A#F# Infinity", Bjork - "Medulla", and The Beatles - "Sgt. Pepper" from the library yesterday. I can't stop listening to Godspeed You Black Emperor... pretty incredible stuff. I haven't even been able to get to the other two yet.

Lots of Duran Duran and Liars. And I know it's not cool in any way, but I am really digging the new David Gray album. Call it a guilty pleasure, but I can't help but really like the guy.
