Sonic Johnny 09-04-2005, 08:39 AM would anybody be interested in doing a netphoria covers/originals compilation? available entirely to download. i just thought it'd be cool, but i want to see what the interest is like. anybody who has their own recording equipment or existing recordings can enter.
If you'd be in, say so and i'll create a thread outlining what would be involved. artwork is also a possibility for those who like their mix CDs to look good. if you're interested post here what you'd be contributing to the album, who its originally by (or not, if its an original) and shit like that. the songs dont need to be substantial or vocalised, they can be anything you've created that you want to share. if anybody else is on the track, plz credit them.

Here it is, if anyone wants to hear it.

snickerdoodles 09-08-2005, 08:46 PM i'd love to do something ridiculously hip like a cotton mather cover but no one here likes me so it's probably a bad idea
:o
spring 09-08-2005, 08:53 PM i love the idea! and i'd love it if I could sing/play/record anything properly... :( don't know what the chances of that are any time soon. The most recent 'song' I've got is about a year old, and I haven't recorded anything since. I could probably easily do vocals or something.....?

soniclovenoize 09-10-2005, 09:28 AM So, I don't get it... Is this a covers comp or an originals comp?
No offence, but this not very well orginized. They just put together a comp of music from board members at the E6townhall, and it's going to be mastered and seeded. This thread is like "eh, just record whatever and it'll be cool." Way loosey-goosey.
What's the plan, man?
