so since i've been internetless/dial up dependent for a while, it completely escaped me that marks got a new album. not out yet, but its around.

he's still going in the same direction as the young machines, which is clever lyrics, wistful themes, and gorgeous electronic touches here and there mixed in with orchestral samples.

my favourite tracks on first impression are forever and a day, missed medicine, you and me, and a match made in texas.

i've listened to it once...and i'm not as touched as i was when i first heard 'the young machines'. It's not bad...I'm sure it will grow on me, but nothing really comes out like 'something to do with my hands' or 'japanese gum' from the last album..
